Chocoholics beware. All flavors and textures are represented here: dense cocoa base, gooey caramel/white chocolate middle layer and thick semi-sweet top layer with chips.

Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese Pie

Oh jeez, creamy and decadent. A homemade chocolate crust carries a mixture of cream cheese, PB and whipping cream. Garnished with homemade fudge and chopped peanuts. At work I turned around and it was gone.

Fish in a Blanket

This is an easy one. Mash tuna, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder. Spread on a tortilla, roll and nuke. Easy and enjoyable.
