Lunch Buffet
Yep, two buffets in two weeks. This was an opportunity to try a number of selections at this new place on Bluemound. All in all everything was well prepared and showcased great use of staple spices used in Indian stews. Of particular note were the Malai Kabob, Aloo Manchurian, Cabbage Foogath and Achari Gobhi.
Décor: Very simple.
Service: Very attentive.

Mo's Cucina
Milwaukee- Plankinton and Wisconsin
Spaghettini alla Pomodoro
House made tomato sauce with fresh basil and parmesan
While the sauce had underlying tones of freshness it wasn’t significant enough, nor the taste, to rank above average.
Décor: Looks pretty much like a retooled Mo’s Market. Because it is.
Service: Eh.

Bravo! Cucina Italiana
Brookfield
Wood Grilled Chicken Insalata
Grilled chicken, field greens, Gorgonzola, tomatoes, asparagus and balsamic vinaigrette
Heck, it’s hard to screw up a salad as long as it’s fresh and ingredients are well matched. This one was fresh, the chicken carried a bit of a grilled taste, the asparagus gave crunch and the cheese supplied its savory pungency.
Décor: A chain’s well-polished take on a ristorante.
Service: Slow with bread, but well-measured after that and friendly.
