Nutty Pumpkin Waffles

‘Tis the season! These had a taste you’d expect. Prominent pumpkin boosted by the spices and always matched well with pecans. I found these needed to be cooked on a higher setting. My Villaware waffle maker has a 1-7 scale and most waffles need 4-5, these needed a higher setting to fully cook and crisp the exterior.
